Be a Compost Champion

In cooperation with Minna Alanko-Falola of Compost Works I have created two workbooks for teachers, schools and organisations: "Composting, Zero Waste & Circular Economy" and "Be a Compost Champion".

Client: the Merseyside Recycling and Waste Authority.

The aim was to provide engaging, educational materials with a scientific angle, as well as showing how composting can help relieve eco-anxiety by offering active, positive solutions. They are aimed at young people (age bracket 12–16) focusing on providing information on how composting works, why it is important, how it helps reduce food waste by returning it into a local cycle by building soil life and making nutrients available to plants, rather than adding to landfills.
